HOW TO BUY A DMCI HOMES CONDO UNIT?
RESERVATION REQUIREMENT
Condo Unit Php 20,000.00
Parking slot Php 10,000.00
Submit : 2 Valid government ID, Proof of billing address and proof of TIN no.
To help you with the process :
1. You choose unit and the term you like to avail .
2. Reserve the unit for P20,000.00 for unit , P 10,000.00 Parking ( deductible to the Down Payment)
3. Submit 2 valid I.D's ( if married both husband and wife should provide copies of ID, with 3 specimen signatures)
4. Submit 1 proof billing address & 1 proof of TIN number
5. Sign official RESERVATION AGREEMENT FORM
6. Sign your chosen terms of payment.
( State if you will pay thru checks or Auto Debit for BDO -BPI-CBC-PNB-So Consultant can provide the proper Form)
( Note for ADA- Client will bring form to his/her branch and have bank rep sign the VERIFICATION OF ACCOUNT
as seen on the form, make 3 copies, 2 copies return to agent, 1 copy for bank., then sign a DOU
or deed of undertaking that states you will pay thru Auto Debit)( For PDC's just secure checks from your bank)
7. Property Consultant will submit documents for NOTICE OF APPROVAL ( NOA)
then process CONTRACT TO SELL or DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE.
8. Buyer signing of Contract to Sell and issuance of Post Dated Cheques.
9. Upon cleared 1st 10% TO 50% Down payment agent will process clearance and then you can move with in
45 to 60 days after clearance date. ( 1 1/2 to 2 months from Project Turn Over date)
10. On move in date you will pay the 1 time membership fee for gym, condo-corp, meralco meter,
water meter which is around 45,000.00 to 50,000.00
11. Monthly dues is at 35.00 to 50.00 per square meter .
